Certified Content Provider Request for Information

Thank you for expressing interest in the Certified Content Provider (CCP) program for SuperSign Premier-s, the turnkey, all in one solution for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB).

Objective

The objective of the CCP program is to establish an eco-system of professional content providers that can address the unique content needs of SuperSign Premier-s users. Although SuperSign Premier-s includes basic news feeds from CNN, starter templates and iStockPhoto images, in the long run this may not be sufficient for most SMBs. SMBs are likely to need new and fresh content to realize the full business value from their digital sign. SMB needs for content will range from reusable stock content to customized content that reflects their brand or specific communication strategy. In addition, SMBs will seek content providers that can scale their services to meet SMBs needs at affordable price points.

Criteria for Selection

LG seeks partners with potential to offer innovative content to SuperSign Premier-s users, and to collaborate with LG to enhance the SuperSign Premier-s platform and business model. LG's specific criteria for selecting CCPs includes:

Two or more years experience developing content for the Digital Signage market
Credible and satisfied digital signage customer base
Demonstrated experience in developing content for SMB customers
Ability to guide a typical SMB customer through the creative and approval process,
To produce output that exceeds customer expectations
Be located in the US or Canada

LG's expects that selected CCPs will relentlessly pursue innovative and high quality content and achieve high customer satisfaction.
